THE TREATMENT
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, increased energy and vitality and feelings of peace, security and well-being. Many have reported miraculous results.
Treatments do not involve pressure, manipulation or massage. Reiki practitioners rest their hands gently on or above a specific area of one's clothed body, and energy is projected directly into the energy field and drawn into the physical being by the client. This energy is self-dispersing; it flows naturally into deficient areas and also assists your body in re-balancing its own energy.
Because it is channeled giving a treatment always increases one's energy and leaves one surrounded with loving feelings of well-being.

Reiki is ideal for use with animals because, it's effectiveness is not dependent upon physical contact, the animal controls the treatment, accepting Reiki in the ways that are most comfortable, either hands-on or from a distance, or both. Animals respond intuitively to Reiki's power to heal emotional, behavioral, and physical illnesses and injuries.
